Fresh dairy availability depends on limited farm production, serviceability and daily capacity. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you promptly and, where applicable, offer an available alternative or a refund for the unavailable item.
Product prices and offers displayed on the website may change from time to time. For an order that has already been confirmed, the applicable price will be the price agreed and confirmed for that order, except where there is an obvious technical or pricing error.
CowSoul Farms may cancel and refund an order where fulfilment is not possible, including cases of technical pricing errors, unavailable stock or capacity, or a fresh-dairy order placed for an unserviceable location outside our supported Ghaziabad delivery area.
Customers with dairy allergies, lactose intolerance, or other dietary or medical considerations should assess whether dairy products are suitable for them before consumption and seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional where needed.
