Fresh Dairy — Ghaziabad Only

A2 Milk & Paneer

• Because fresh dairy is highly perishable, general returns are not accepted once a product has been delivered.
• If you receive curdled milk, or a glass bottle or other packaging is damaged upon arrival, please share a clear photograph with us on WhatsApp within 2 to 3 hours of delivery.
• After review, we will arrange a replacement, normally with the next available delivery, or initiate a full refund for the affected item.

Desi Ghee — Pan-India Delivery

Our Cow and Buffalo Desi Ghee is packed carefully for transit. If you receive a broken glass container or find the seal tampered with on arrival, please record an unboxing video while opening the package and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery.

Once the issue is verified, we will offer a fresh replacement or a full refund for the affected item, according to your preference.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method and are generally credited within 5 to 7 working days. Actual credit timing may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
